Since 1961, Morrison Homes has strengthened their position as a leading home builder in Alberta — through both the quality of their products and their unmatched customer experience. But, like any true industry-leader, they wanted to develop their customer engagement even further. They approached Maven looking for fresh ideas to showcase their homes to potential buyers, leading to a fruitful collaboration between our organisations.
The results: a thorough marketing strategy, engaging video content, and a wide range of impactful marketing materials.
A comprehensive approach to content creation
Alongside Morrison, we started with the creation of a comprehensive content marketing strategy to increase engagement and communicate their unique identity and offerings.
With this strategy as our guide, we developed new ways to further engage with homebuyers through a wide variety of channels — from weekly marketing emails, social media videos, to building out their “Home School” page with a wealth of informative content. Together, these complementary marketing tactics opened new ways to communicate with customers and further establish Morrison’s homebuilding expertise.
The most ambitious pieces of content produced by our partnership are Morrison’s Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 marketing campaign commercials. After helping them refine their initial vision of lively and memorable video content, Maven filmed and edited the ads — including all pre-production planning and post-production work.
