A one-of-a-kind community is deserving of a one-of-a-kind email marketing campaign. From our custom email templates to the email content and copy - we ensured that every element aligned with Harmony’s website and already existing branding.

We also worked seamlessly with the community’s marketing team to brainstorm and organize monthly content sure to pique the interest of current and future homeowners. Harmony’s emails featured everything from resident news to events around the community and builder spotlights. Finally, with timely scheduling, over 5000 email registrants received their regular monthly updates.

The proof is in the open rate

Harmony’s emails consistently reached an open rate of 40% and an average forward rate of 20%. Not only did we have analytical success, we managed to heighten the community spirit by increasing the level of connection amongst residents.
