Founded by RealAgriculture, TechTour Live is a four day, four city agricultural experience. This event provides attendees with an engaging day of professional development and learning led by experts in various sectors of business and agriculture. We were contacted in 2015 to provide audio-visual support for TechTour Live. This was the beginning of a long partnership, as we’ve been a major part of the tour ever since.
Providing audio-visual support for a big yearly event is no easy feat. There's a lot of moving parts and a lot of planning required. Luckily, we had the capability to handle it all. We oversaw the entire process, from determining audio-visual requirements to AV procurement and managing budgets and project scope.
The unique part about our work for TechTour Live was providing quality audio visual services at multiple venues with different resources while keeping the event running smoothly. This required sourcing an AV company in each location and providing lots of on-location support and equipment. Maven provided a two-person crew that travelled and worked seamlessly with the client. This helped bridge the gap between local AV crews and the requirements of different presenters at the TechTour Live event. This system allowed us to provide consistent and quality service from city to city.
