Richard came to us looking to create a listing video with a high end feel to further elevate this exclusive property. Our marketing team worked with Richard to develop the concept for the video and write a script that would feel natural. From there, our production team produced the video including capturing drone shots of the home and surrounding community.
With the release of this tour, the property was SOLD in 4 days for the full asking price and was one of Calgary’s highest price per square foot sales of 2020.
